Who the heck dials 411 anymore?
Having said that-- they counted his meds? How many were missing, and of what? I've worked retail pharmacy and now work customer service in a pharmacy benefit call center at an insurance and if I had a nickel for every time a sixty-something said they ran out of meds ahead of schedule, well, I wouldn't have to work at a freaking call center.
And... when the cops asked to come in, he should have said, "Come back with a warrant." I know he admitted smoking crack in the story, but that doesn't appear to be the charge.
