You may be right. I have no idea if Catlin wants to sit close to Teddy Davis or not. However, Ted Davis' 1st act as chairman was to childishly make a new seating chart. Instead of being a positive leader, Ted Davis took a cheap shot at his fellow kook. It was a silly waste of time and money that aimed to fracture the new board. That is NO leadership. Berger seems to be a mental fruitcake and Ted Davis is a nutty, sleazy, power hungry politician looking out for himself. Davis and Berger belong together. Ted Davis makes Jimmy Carter look good.
