And don't forget the developers. What will it cost to provide services to this "special interest"?

And as for helping Wilmington's housing needs, there are surplus apartments for rent already in the City.
No thanks, if you want services, PAY FOR THEM YOURSELF!!! We are tired of subsidizing developers and speculators.
