That’s a more than 23 percent turnover rate on resignations alone. That means people are quitting their boss; not the town itself in this tough economy. I suggest that this is a colossal failure in leadership at many levels within the town. This saga should allow for college credits for how NOT to lead for those of us who are following this. Heads at the top of this PD need to roll sooner than later. In fact it's past due. And like most bills; when you pay later you have to pay more.
