when I was a young man we use to carry tobacco to the warehouses in Whiteville, it was quite an event walking with the auctioneer's as the graders would call out the quality and the buyers would bid. The cadence was astounding and the flow was beautiful like a symphony of professional knowledge and matured wisdom.

As child it was clearly a display of both a Quality Dimension and a professional meeting managed by a competent individual. I wonder if the new Leland council and Town manager feel they can create a professional atmosphere within the Leland PD with the current Leader.
