You can pick one of a hundred or so e-mail addresses from folks you know, and insert that. You can poison pen (e-mail) someone if that strikes your fancy...
If your concerned about someone finding tracking you down through your ISP address, you could mask that, too.
Anonymity has pros and cons. A con is that cowards (like most including me) can say anything they want, and WWAY will likely put it on here since that is SOP. A pro is someone might expose some backroom dealing and other ethical or legal issues that folks don't want the public to know about.
Part of the problem with the local governments around here are non-existent whistle-blower laws. Most folks are just to scared for their jobs to blow the whistle since they have no protection. Just the way the good ol' boys like it!
