The perpetrator was wearing a hoodie, mask and gloves and presumably shoes and socks in this somewhat cold weather. Possibly the race of this person couldn't be reliably determined.

Also FYI WWAY, I have been using the "Guest99x" name for years now. After completing this post and previewing, an error came up saying the name "Guest99x" belongs to a registered user...
