This password protected file which has been referenced in this article and the discussion comments following it, is not some small individual document. This password protected file is a huge repository of documents/reports relating to the fuel losses and the contamination of soils and groundwater at Camp Lejeune. There is/was absolutely no justification why the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease registry and congress weren't informed of the existence of this repository back in 2004!
