I don't understand how he is able to keep his job after firing his weapon in the air. If he used his duty ammo, he should have filled out a use of force report and would have to request the ammo to be replaced. And what armorer does the department have that didn't take his weapon and mandate a psych exam the first time he pointed it at another officer? It looks and sounds like the lunatics are running the asylum.
