It appears this was a public meeting and as such the general public and media have a right to attend. I cannot speak to the question posed by the reporter but that is what they do for a living and if Ms. Sikes is a Board Member, she had the right to be there, be herd and to make request under the rules of the meeting. Sounds to me like this Mr. Warren has a problem with Ms.Sikes and with the rule of law. I suspect it is going to get very interesting at the next meeting she attends as a Board Member. If Ms. sikes was infact told that as a Board Member, she is suspended from all further meetings with the board, I think this Mr. Warren may find himself in a bit of a legal pickle potentially with DSS, the State of NC and possibly even the Federal Government.
