Most city police officers are fallouts from the State Patrolmen, then the Sheriffs dept where they couldn't make the grade. Next step down from a ctiy policeman is the "rent-a-cop". I think Lelend got the rejects from the rent-a-cop applicants.

It is a shame that our "prestigious State Patrol officers" keep smearing themselves with corruption and stupid, child-like behavior as displayed here.
