Four charged with giving alcohol to teens in fatal wreck

STOKESDALE, N.C. (AP) -- Four people have been charged with giving alcoholic beverages to teenagers in a fatal accident, including the father of the 19-year-old who died.

Emily Susan Moseley was killed August 17th when a car driven by Richard Farlon Oakley of Stokesdale crashed in Rockingham County. Oakley and a passenger identified as Taylor Moseley were not seriously hurt.

Alcohol Law Enforcement investigators say 52-year-old Terry Moseley of Stokesdale bought alcoholic beverages several hours before the crash for his two daughters and Oakley.

Terry Moseley is charged with three counts of giving alcoholic beverages to an underage person.
