From what I've seen, this happened on one of those one-way bridges on MLK, just before the Castle Hayne Rd. exit. He was a good kid, prior service USMC, and had himself together. He came down here to visit some friends, decided to stay, and had a job within 3 days. He was a well-spoken, motivated young man, and I am sorry that he is gone.
