While my wife and a few others are ecstatic about a Trader Joes coming to down, she contacted the corporate headquarters a while back to tell them what a poor location this was when this was first rumored.

We avoid that intersection like the plague and plan our travel through that intersection only when we have to. You would think they would see all the failed businesses in and around that location and get an idea of what I'm talking about.
