Obviously a call hadnt been put in to dispatch regarding a suspicious person or the officer wouldn't have been terminated as quickly. Rather he would have been suspended, possibly without pay while the call was investigated. The fact that his termination happened so quickly just goes to prove that there was no such call placed to dispatch. They could have checked that fact within minutes.
