This "party" was not an isolated incident, the ranch is "rented out" almost every weekend night. Numerous complaints have been called in to the 911 center and sheriffs office. Very little to no action has ever been taken. The AFT and SBI need to investigate this place for alcohol and gambling violations since the CCSD seems to want ignore it. How many more need to die before this place is shut down. The property owners know what goes on there and the family of the injured should hold them responsible with a civil law suit.
