My question is, since he's always late to meetings, what is he doing prior to the meetings on a continuous basis to cause him to be late? Or is it just that his mama didn't raise him right?

What's more important than showing up on time for meetings that his constituents elected him to go to? Isn't that showing complete and utter disregard for anyone who voted for him?
