Berger is nutty! However, the Teddy Davis "led" bullies (a/k/a the County Clowns) are playing games by acting like hall monitors, arranging seating charts, and excluding the other elected "nut". The Commissioners are all hypocrites. The entire board should be booted out of office and driven away. Any nuts seeking other office (such as Rick "Cover-Up the dirty water" Catlin) deserve no more votes. Some board members seem to be seeking publicity, power, and money for themselves.
