Contrary to your insinuation, Dewey Hill did not vote on the federal budget or "borrowed federal dollars. Bush killed the budget, which was balanced by Clinton before Bush took over.
Your man "Bush" started 2 wars, Medicaid D, and the Wall Street bailout --- all of which busted the budget. The only thing worse than Bush is Obama.
