Well, to my knowledge Leonard does quite well with numbers and balancing the budget of the town. However, we know he has his areas of un-expertise, as well. I realize it may be someone's wish to keep the good ole boy system strong--knowing that Leonard has the gift of keeping the machines in town happy, but is this what we want? I would have to have more information about his track record, not only with numbers- but managing the law enforcement, being fair to the public (not just taking care of the machines), growth of the community he has represented, drug activity in the areas which he represents, recreations in the community, and how he has handled complaints from the public along with problems in the community.
