Dear, you needn't apologize. Fortunately, the Constitution does provide for some things you may find inconvenient, like the rights of a defendant.
You have already "presumed" past a couple minor steps in the process like a trial and possible conviction and already have convicted this decedent. I continue to maintain that this defendant along with EVERY other defendant is entitled to the benefit of the presumption of innocence.
Truthfully, sweetheart, I don't think you'd provide a quarter for your own mother if she were starving on a street corner.
