I would not do 43 in a 25 on any street as posted. As the laws read in this state, he (you) could have been hauled in just for the speed alone, not even including the revocation of his (your) "privilege" to drive. The officer afforded him (you) as MUCH legal leeway as he could without getting putting himself in a very precarious position. My question is, who is taking him (again, you) to all the upcoming court dates he (you) has (have) scheduled. Resign.
