Really? What is this trial going to prove or show that we don't already know? More importantly, how much is this going to cost the American taxpayers? Why isn't the Department of Justice working on a settlement, a settlement in the fashion of Wall Street where a "payment" is made without the admission or denial of wrongdoing?
