My disappointment with Ms. Justice in the Matter of Mr. Berger is Why did it take Her a year to call Him out and call for his resignation. She is a smart lady, she has known his capabilities or lack thereof for a long time. Why wait so long? As for the others I spoke of, they are the driving force behind Mr. Berger plain and simple. They share in His inept way of doing things, the way He presents Himself and represents the county. Thus I feel they are not a separate issue.
