Lets see Hostile work conditions CHECK.. Failure to pay due wages and salary to employees CHECK (both are federal law violations). This smacks of retaliation plain and simple and people and jurisdictions are going to learn the hardway that crap dont fly anymore (this is no different then the abuse of power in Leland by Tim Jayne except its the NHC Health Director who is like an MD who thinks his crap dont stink and he's above the law.
