Well honistly the boy was leaving the store and then the man shot him, i dont agree with everyones opinion but i also dont disagree.. I feel bad for the kids perents as well.. I think the man could have givin it a few more secs, and let the kid walk out.. He knew the boy had mental issues and he still shoot him... let his family rest in peace and let God be with him and him family..
