WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A man serving time for kidnapping is now accused of raping a child.
Jabarr Johnson has been in prison for kidnapping since April 2009. Now he's charged with first degree rape of a child and two counts of sex offender use of a social website.
The New Hanover County Sheriff's Office says the rape happened before johnson went to prison. A sheriff's office spokesman would not say whether the kidnapping and rape victim are the same person.
