Criminals are proving more and more everyday that they are going to kill you after you give them what they want. If they walk into a store with a gun or kick a door in then they are foregoing their "due process". Remember - THEY MADE THE CHOICE to violate someone else's rights.
The state's Castle Doctrine was just strengthened because we as citizens have a RIGHT to life and there is no guarantee that these scum are going to honor that right. If you come into my home uninvited for all I know you are there to kill me and I will act accordingly.
Why should we let them have what they want and give them the chance? They aren't extending us any courtesies.
