This act is deplorable period. It doesn't matter if they made a video or not. It became deplorable the moment the act happened. These men chose to dishonor themselves, and the uniform they wear the moment they decided to engage in such an act. Your moral code is out of whack thinking you can do dispicable acts and it's okay as long as you don't get caught.
