Not the first time a robbery was attempted by an inadequate weapon. We have Dumb Crook News and the Darwin Files to prove that. However, there's been many a person killed with a hammer! Do you expect the store owner to drop his gun and get a pair of pliers to fend off the assailant? He HAD commited another crime...he tried to rob the man previously. Thinking "outside the newslines" is one thing. Being rediculously creative and going to Pluto is yet another....
