Are you crazy or is RC Soles paying you too? RC Soles did not testify because he was scared or worried about being cross-examined by the DA.
The newspaper suggested that RC Soles has been paying boys off for years. Do you think it's possible that he paid Jernigan to lie again? There is no statute of limitations on criminal felonies so Soles wanted this poor boy to lie on the record about the age that they started getting it on to protect Soles from future prosecution.
