do you apply those same standards to all Coaches?

Would those standards apply to Coach K @ Duke, Coach Williams @ UNC or former Coach Dean Smith, now retired from UNC?

Would standards apply to a female head coach who ran a training camp last season in which one player was overworked so severely she was sick to her stomach and an assistant coach was sent packing?

Sometimes a Coach has to raise the bar to communicate with his team.

The Coach raised the bar. He did not throw a seat; he did not shove a player.

Frankly, if he achieves his goal and significantly improves the won/loss record, donations will flow.
