When i heard about this i was shock in disbelief that this monster was able to slip between the cracks.I can't believe that he was release from prison as early as he did with his criminal records.I believe their are other victims out there beside the two murders that was discover.This man is a sick sick individual who should have not been released from prison.I am so so sorry for what happen to those women and i believe this should never ever have happen.One of the most sadest thing is that Latricia Scott's children will never see their mother again because of this evil devilies person.He should never see the light of day again.
