If there is guaranteed separation of church and state, then there should be ZERO prayers in a state building. If ya wanna pray, do it at home before ya get to the state meetings on state grounds, owned by the public that all don't adhere or believe the same idiocy as you might. Leave it at home, or at least do it silently and don't force it on other people, regardless of what "religion" you follow
