Don't discount that the "liberal elites," many of whom park their copious rear ends on the Wilmington City Council always have a goal to ram low-cost housing into affluent neighborhoods. They hate successful people, plus it gives their favorite constituents a higher class of burglary opportunities.

Let's face it - if you were a burglar would you rather walk around the corner to break into an apartment in Houston Moore or walk around the corner and break into a nice home in Marsh Oaks? (Assuming you weren't looking for drugs.)
