If teenagers both male and female were taught to be responsible and given the information to be safe and prevent pregnancy then the rate of babies having babies would go down. The church teaches wait until you are married to have sex, but yet they are full of pregnant teenage girls. The church many times goes against giving teenagers the information they need to protect themselves from both pregnancy and disease. Many parents still follow what their parents example, if you don't talk about it, it doesn't exist. This is all well and good until the baby wakes up at 3:00am to be fed and changed.
