How can he be an effective leader and manager while serving out a disciplinary period? Why was he not fired as would have been done to an officer that violated policy? Why is he getting special treatment? As a member of the taxpaying public, I demand that he be removed as a public servant, since he is not effectively serving the needs of the public.
