Well, if some people wouldn't toss cigarette butts and beer cans, and then urinate in the parking decks, there would be nothing to clean up, would there?

The city does its best to clean this sh*t up, but partiers just keep throwing it down and p*ssing on it. The city's fighting a losing battle. Some people are just nasty. I would hate to see their homes.
