It just hit me like a ton of bricks... Brian Berger hates women. Just review the past emails or incidents, all are lashing out against women. He ranted on the girl in the planning department in an email, he abused his girlfriend, he abused his ex. who works for the county, he goes off on this poor reporter girl. I see a pattern here and it's sad, this guy has issues with women.
