Seriously? It's alarming that you took the time to attend the meeting, but clearly no time in finding out so much as, what cement is, or how it's used. And it seems as though you're entirely missing the idea of the meeting if you think the topic of discussion should be "what about those other people and other neighborhoods? ever think of them?"

And you're right, your second point was very stupid but not more so than your first.
