I sympathize with a long term employee. If she asks for the reasons of her termination to be made public, then release them. If she has valid reasons for appeal, hear them. Period. If Mr. Rice is playing politics, fire Him. Transparency. Let's hear it. But, If She did violate rules of protocol or wage violations then She may have to suffer the consequences. Too bad these rules or something equivalent does not apply to Brian Berger.
