I don't really understand Warren or Sykes obsession with DSS. Those are Federal programs, spending mostly Federal Dollars, for people who qualify under Federal Guidelines. Local Government really has no control over DSS other than a board that is supposed tho assure that it runs smoothly. They have both failed miserably at that task. One good thing, if she's elected she won't be able to serve on the DSS board and that will at least keep some of the ego in check. Two words....Vote Agovino!
