I know there will be a lot more information coming out on this story, but after reading this short article, I'm wondering what better could be done with an out of control disabled child than to put them in a "seclusion room"? Some of the kids who have an "Individualized Education Program" are nothing more than kids who have ADHD. I'm thinking a seclusion room is something like a time out. I'm just wondering.
