The issue is not whether or not the schools have the legal authority to forcefully grab, carry, wrench and lock a kindergarten student up in a closet, the issue is that it violates the child's civil rights because the only children going into this cruel and inhumane solitary confinement are children with disabilities. None of these children are carrying guns, knives, swinging baseball bats they are yelling, throwing pieces of paper, they are being disruptive. No child other than children with Autism, Mental ****, Downs Syndrome or cognitive disabilities are locked into these rooms.
