I am sure there will be more to come. THERE ARE MANY OCR VOILIATIONS in this county with reguards to special needs children!! I would erge other parents to come forward and bring all these issues to light. Many times these teachers are using illegal holds and are also not doing what they should do for these kids to help deescalate the situation. It is like they fight the children and push them until they break--BRAVO to the parent who filed!!! PLEASE others come forward and report these issue. IF you don't know how! Ask call ECAC, there are people out here to help you!!!!
