For all of you that have posted against seclusion rooms, then what is the answer? What do you do with a child with exceptional needs that is out of control? Now, think for a second. If you do not use a seclusion room and the child is injured or injures another student/teacher, then what are you people going to be saying. Is it perfect, no! Are there probably some teachers that use it to often as an easy fix, yes! But these rooms are need and appropriate if used correctly. I an open for other options. Stop saying the rooms need to go away and give some other options. Now with that said, think of the school budget when doing this.
