When Officers turn in a report with this many grammatical errors on it they are disciplined, suspended, then fired. For things as simple as misspelling and grammatical errors, Officers have to fear for their jobs. How can a Chief condone reprimanding Officers for mistakes he makes, and then sends in to the News? This whole deal is a joke. There are a lot of good and professional Officers at Leland, but the ones that are dirty are uneducated, undertrained, and using positions of power for their own personal gain. Lets get back to being Officers who want to help people. Leland needs to get rid of Officers who are there because they can't get any other job or just need power in their life. Leland Police need to get back that professional image and integrity they once had.
