As with any other political speech...we were told absolutely "NOTHING"!
What "was" mentioned, was the lack of comment on a new Convention Center hotel by Saffo...one major failure which scared too deeply.
2012 will bring one thing for sure...new taxes will surface from these "strategic plans" mentioned. Have no illusions...Baby Needs Milk and we will supply it as tax payers.
Seems "Riverwalk" is always brought forward as one of the main concerns in this city...in a downtown that is increasingly becoming less and less popular.
