What does the amount of campaign contributions have to do with anything? Anyone with half a brain would base their voting decision on what the candidate stands for and not the size of his campaign amount.

As for the comments about Pantano's "itchy trigger finger"--back in December I came across different news sources (none of them local) saying that an NCIS investigator completely cleared Pantano of wrongdoing in the Iraq incident. If I remember the articles correctly a second autopsy was performed and the victims had not been shot from behind as the accusation had stated.
