Sooo, tell me again how the Wilmington Police officers are the bad guys here? The guy scurried off - like a 'possum. Was someone supposed to arrest him? Send out a search party? Attention all units: Be on the lookout for a smelly guy.
What about the fire department? It took them so long to get there that YOU had to go into the woods? Heck, from the footage, it doesn't look like it was much of a fire to start with.
